Our hybrid Hospitality & Tourism Management with Co-op diploma program combines online learning with in-class instruction at our Victoria campus, culminating in a 480-hour paid co-op placement.
You will develop a range of management skills, from handling food and beverage services to overseeing housekeeping, security and front office operations. You will learn human resources, sales, marketing and accounting techniques that are specific to the industry, along with revenue and convention management. Upon completion of your paid co-op placement, you will have a strong foundation in operations, service and financial management that will allow you to effectively lead teams and optimize guest experiences.
You will be fully prepared to explore employment opportunities as a front desk supervisor, event coordinator, guest services manager, restaurant manager, reservations agent and more!
